As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing materials, placing orders, and ensuring smooth logistics to support our field teams. This role requires strong coordination with foremen, office staff, and suppliers to secure the best pricing, maintain an efficient warehouse, and streamline material procurement and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
• Order Management – Process material requests from field foremen and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
• Procurement & Pricing – Source plumbing materials from local suppliers, negotiate pricing, and secure the best deals.
• Bulk Purchasing – Manage bulk orders to maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing costs.
• Warehouse Organization – Keep the warehouse clean, efficient, and well-stocked.
• Logistics & Delivery – Oversee the distribution of materials to job sites, ensuring foremen receive orders promptly.
• Inventory & Returns – Track inventory, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
• Team & Vendor Coordination:
• Collaborate with field teams to meet job site needs.
• Work closely with the company president to align warehouse operations with business goals.
• Communicate with office staff for seamless record-keeping.
• Process Improvement – Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, cost savings, and accuracy.
• Vendor Relations – Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure material availability.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain—preferably in plumbing, construction, or related trades.
✅ Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, and supplies used in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
✅ Ability to negotiate pricing and secure the best deals from suppliers.
✅ Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
✅ Proficiency in inventory management software or spreadsheets.
✅ Ability to lift, move, and organize materials as needed.
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
✅ Valid driver’s license (for occasional pickups or deliveries).

Preferred (Not Required, But a Plus!)

➕ Experience in a plumbing supply house or construction material role.
➕ Familiarity with logistics and delivery coordination.
➕ Previous work with contractors, foremen, or field service teams.
